Initiatives
WRBC Scholarship
The WRBC has been supporting the community since its inception in 2003
and, as part of its community outreach efforts, has launched a scholarship
program to help young women who aspire to be business leaders. This
opportunity is open to high school seniors and college freshmen.
WRBC Mentoring Program
This program matches mentors and mentorees at all levels (i.e.
college student/young professional, middle manager/executive) to allow
for personal and professional growth for both individuals as a result
of this relationship. Mentor/Mentee matches will be made semi-annually
in December and June. We ask that both the Mentor and Mentee commit to
a six-month mentoring relationship.
